Jim has been a member of Cambridge Financial Partners and an Investment Advisor Representative with OneAmerica Securities, Inc. since 2009 and has served the financial services industry for more than 20 years. He works closely with clients to potentially help enhance their net worth through careful, individualized analysis of each client's financial circumstances and goals. He brings with him extensive experience as a financial advisor and as a mortgage banker, which allows him the distinctive opportunity to evaluate his clients' needs from a broader perspective and leverage his knowledge in the area of real estate holdings and financing and cash flow management.

Beside having been part of the Cambridge Financial and OneAmerica Securities team, Jim has had the opportunity to work with some of the largest and well respected organizations in the financial services industry. Prior to Cambridge Financial Partners, LLC Jim worked with AXA Advisors, Mass Mutual and John Hancock.

Jim currently holds a life insurance license as well as FINRA series 6, 63, 65 and 7 licenses. In addition, he continues to practice in the mortgage industry, whereby he has held his license for the past 24 years. He has taught designation courses for the American College, such as LUTCF, to fellow professionals and is active in teaching workshops and seminars for local, State and Federal employees.

During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and volunteering at his church, where he serves on the board of the Knights of Columbus. In addition, Jim has been a member and competitor of AAU (American Athletics Union) and developing his martial arts skills for the past 6 years.

Being an international family with relatives on three continents, the Farhadis do enjoy traveling to many destinations around the world.
